I tempi di consegna partono dal momento in cui la borsa viene spedita e sono indicativi: possono allungarsi in periodi di festa o per cause che dipendono dal corriere.

Tempi di realizzazione

Ogni borsa Henriquez è cucita e rifinita a mano, un esemplare alla volta. Dopo la tua richiesta ti scriviamo via email per confermare l'ordine e ti comunichiamo i tempi di realizzazione e di spedizione, prima di qualsiasi pagamento.

Spedizione tracciata

Ogni borsa viaggia tracciata, protetta in un imballo curato. Appena parte ti inviamo via email il codice di tracciamento, con cui puoi seguire la consegna fino a casa tua.

Indirizzo di consegna

L'indirizzo e un numero di telefono per il corriere ti vengono chiesti via email al momento della conferma dell'ordine. Controlla che siano corretti: se il pacco torna indietro per un indirizzo errato o incompleto, le spese per rispedirlo sono a carico tuo.

Dazi e tasse fuori dall'Unione Europea

Per le spedizioni fuori dall'Unione Europea (compresi Regno Unito e Svizzera) il paese di destinazione può applicare dazi, IVA locale o diritti doganali. Questi importi non sono inclusi nel prezzo né nella spedizione e sono a carico del destinatario, che li paga al corriere o alla dogana al momento della consegna.

Pacco danneggiato o non ricevuto

Se il pacco arriva danneggiato, fotografalo prima di aprirlo e scrivici entro 7 giorni dalla consegna. Se il tracciamento non si aggiorna da molti giorni, contattaci: apriamo noi la pratica con il corriere. Vedi anche Garanzia & resi.

Delivery times start when the bag is shipped and are indicative: they may be longer during holidays or for reasons depending on the courier.

Making time

Every Henriquez bag is hand-stitched and finished, one piece at a time. After your request we'll email you to confirm the order and let you know the making and shipping times, before any payment.

Tracked shipping

Every bag ships tracked and carefully packed. As soon as it leaves we'll email you the tracking code, so you can follow the delivery all the way to your door.

Delivery address

We'll ask for your address and a phone number for the courier by email when we confirm the order. Please make sure they're correct: if the parcel is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping it is on you.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union

For shipments outside the European Union (including the UK and Switzerland) the destination country may charge duties, local VAT or customs fees. These amounts are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient to the courier or customs upon delivery.

Damaged or missing parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and write to us within 7 days of delivery. If the tracking hasn't updated for many days, contact us: we'll open a claim with the courier. See also Warranty & returns.
