Questa pagina spiega quali dati raccogliamo quando visiti henriquez.it o ci invii una richiesta, perché lo facciamo e quali sono i tuoi diritti, secondo il Regolamento europeo 2016/679 (GDPR).

Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati della richiesta: nome e cognome, indirizzo email, modello di borsa richiesto e lingua scelta, che inserisci tu nel modulo "Richiedi ora".
- Dati per la consegna: indirizzo di spedizione e numero di telefono, richiesti via email solo se decidi di procedere con l'acquisto.
- Codice di verifica: il codice a 6 cifre inviato alla tua email, conservato al massimo 10 minuti e poi cancellato automaticamente.
- Dati tecnici: indirizzo IP e informazioni sul browser, trattati automaticamente per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo da abusi (ad esempio invii ripetuti del modulo). I contatori anti-abuso si cancellano da soli entro un'ora.
- Statistiche di visita: solo se accetti i cookie di Google Analytics (vedi sotto).
Perché li trattiamo
- Per rispondere alla tua richiesta e ricontattarti per la borsa che ti interessa (misure precontrattuali richieste da te — art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Per la sicurezza del sito e per prevenire abusi (legittimo interesse — art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Per statistiche anonime sulle visite, solo con il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati a nessuno e non ti iscriviamo a newsletter.
Per quanto tempo
I dati della richiesta e la corrispondenza sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestirla e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo i documenti che la legge ci obbliga a tenere più a lungo (ad esempio in caso di acquisto).
Chi ci aiuta a gestirli
Usiamo fornitori affidabili che trattano i dati per nostro conto e solo per questi scopi:
- Cloudflare — hosting e sicurezza del sito;
- Resend — invio delle email automatiche (codice e conferme);
- Zoho — casella di posta info@henriquez.it;
- Corrieri e servizi di spedizione — solo in caso di acquisto, per consegnarti la borsa (nome, indirizzo e telefono);
- Google — statistiche di visita, solo con il tuo consenso.
Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea, sempre con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea).
Cookie
Il sito usa due tipi di strumenti:

This page explains what data we collect when you visit henriquez.it or send us a request, why we do it and what your rights are, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller

What data we process
- Request data: full name, email address, the bag model you ask about and your chosen language, which you enter in the "Request now" form.
- Delivery details: shipping address and phone number, requested by email only if you decide to go ahead with a purchase.
- Verification code: the 6-digit code sent to your email, stored for up to 10 minutes and then deleted automatically.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed automatically to run the site and protect it from abuse (e.g. repeated form submissions). Anti-abuse counters delete themselves within one hour.
- Visit statistics: only if you accept Google Analytics cookies (see below).
Why we process it
- To reply to your request and contact you about the bag you're interested in (pre-contractual steps taken at your request — Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- For the site's security and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest — Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- For anonymous statistics about visits, only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We never sell or share your data and we won't add you to any newsletter.
How long we keep it
Request data and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, except for documents we are legally required to keep longer (for example in case of a purchase).
Who helps us manage it
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security;
- Resend — automatic emails (code and confirmations);
- Zoho — the info@henriquez.it mailbox;
- Couriers and shipping services — only in case of purchase, to deliver your bag (name, address and phone number);
- Google — visit statistics, only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The site uses two kinds of tools:

Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw any consent you gave, by writing to info@henriquez.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
